Vintage accessory is a fast-growing market and it is now easy for anyone to collect and wear period treasures. While there are many great finds to be made it’s also an area where it’s easy to go wrong. But don’t worry, here to help you through the minefield are vintage experts and fashionistas Naomi Thompson and Liz Tregenza. With extensive knowledge and enthusiasm they offer invaluable advice on how to correctly identify, source and wear vintage jewellery, sunglasses, hats, gloves, scarves, bags, shoes and more.

Whether you are striving for an authentic 1920s style, a 1980s look or anything in between – it’s the accessories and smaller details that help create that polished vintage look. But it’s not necessarily all about recreating the look of a certain era – Naomi and Liz will show you how endlessly wearable vintage accessories can be, and how to become a savvy and knowledgeable collector.

With advice from top experts such as Claire Goldsmith (Oliver Goldsmith) and Katherine Higgins (BBC TV vintage expert, broadcaster and author) as well as informative and inspirational photography and no-nonsense tips, this is every vintage fan’s must-have guide.
