Dennis Evanosky is the editor of the Alameda Sun newspaper. A keen local historian he is the co-author, with Eric Kos, of many California history books. These include East Bay Then and Now, San Francisco Then and Now,Los Angeles from the Air Then and Now and Lost San Francisco (2012). He has also self-published a history of Mountain View cemetery.
