Dilys Davies

Dr. Dilys Davies is a consultant clinical psychologist and psychotherapist who specialises in sleep difficulties. After graduating in psychology at the University of Wales she continued with postgraduate education at the London School of Economics. She carried out a PhD in gender differences at London University and trained as a clinical psychologist at the Tavistock Clinic, London. Most of her career has been spent as a clinical psychologist in the British National Health Service, but she has also worked as an advisor to the World Health Organization on stress and the treatment of insomnia. She is also a founder member of the Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy and clinical supervisor Guy’s Hospital, London.
