Paul Strang moved to South-West France nearly 50 years ago with his author wife Jeanne. They have been researching wine and home cooking in France ever since. Paul has written several award-winning books on French wine and food, including Languedoc-Roussillon: The Wines and Winemakers (2002) and South-West France: The Wines and Winemakers (2009), both photographed by Jason Shenai, Jeanne’s nephew.
