Bart’s Fish Tales wins ‘Travel Cookery Book of the Year 2018’ at Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards

Congratulations to Bart Van Olphen, whose book ‘Bart’s Fish Tales: A Fishing Adventure in over 100 Recipes’ won ‘Travel Cookery Book of the Year’ at last night’s Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards.

We were up again very stiff competition in this category, including books by authors Martin Morales (Andina), Chetna Makan (Chai, Chaat & Chutney)  and Zoe Adjonyoh (Zoe’s Kitchen). You can view the full shortlist here -Well done to Bart and the team.
