Celebrate Bookshop Day with Katie Cottle and Lucy Freegard at this year’s Bath Children’s Literature Festival

Katie Cottle is an author-illustrator from Bristol who won the Batsford Prize for children’s book illustration, which led to the publication of her first book, The Green Giant in the spring of 2019. This is a timely tale of friendship and the environment.
2 – 2.30pm
Lucy Freegard is an author and illustrator who makes picture books for children up to seven. Her titles include The Big Stink, about a mouse who is a cheese thief, and Ballet Bunnies about overcoming fear and learning to be confident. Lucy says come and say hello and she might do a doodle in your book for you.
