Les Dames d’Escoffier London welcomes food writer Anna Del Conte for the third in the series: Women in Food.

Anna is widely recognised as the doyenne of Italian cooking and her books include the definitive encyclopaedic work on Italian cooking, Gastronomy of Italy. To celebrate the publication of her updated The Classic Food of Northern Italy, Anna will be in conversation with Sheila Dillon, Honorary Dame and host of BBC Radio 4’s Food Programme.

This is a rare opportunity to hear one of the most authentic voices in food writing as she discusses her life and work. Through her books, Anna has not only educated us, but changed the way we think about, cook, and savour Italian food.
