Keralan food is famous for its fragrance and flavour. This demonstration with Kalpna Woolf will show you how to create some easy to make favourites.
Kalpna Woolf, ex-BBC Head of Production, is now a visiting Professor at UWE, has created Bristol Food Connections, and is the founder of 91 Ways, an initiative bringing together Bristol’s myriad of cultures through food events. Her last demo at Papa Deli sold out pretty much straight away – so book now!

- Jeera aloo – cumin potatoes

- Coconut and coriander chutney
- Lemon and spinach rice
