Oz, with his trademark wit and irreverent style will be sharing the basics of wine appreciation and will be showing you how to get more out of a bottle of wine, and find out what is really inside. There will be sampling of a selection of wines on the night, these wines have been handpicked by Oz and aim to give the drinker a variety of tastes and flavours.

In his new book Wine by the Glass, Oz acts as your guide through the world of fascinating flavours and help you find the sort of wine you enjoy drinking. Dip into this book and you will find a quick, accessible guide to wine styles. He recommends wines to try; and explains what the label tells you about the taste and quality of the wine and whether it is any good or not. A copy of this marvellous book is included in your ticket and Oz would be delighted to sign and dedicate it for you on the night.
