LEON x ‘Baan’: Pavilion Books author partners with restaurant chain with guest recipe

Restaurant chain LEON have partnered with food writer and Pavilion author Kay Plunkett-Hogge to launch a ‘Home-style Thai Curry’, created by Kay, as part of their spring menu promotion, planned to coincide with publication today.

The recipe is inspired, and taken from Kay’s new cookbook Baan: Recipes and stories from my Thai Home. The dish and book will be available to buy nationwide in LEON restaurants and is supported with online marketing, posters in-store and voucher giveaways.
