Meet Adam Hargreaves at Kingston Children’s Literary Festival

25/10/2018 3:00 pm – 25/10/2018 4:00 pm | All Saints Church, 14-16 Market Place, Kingston upon Thames

The Kingston Children’s Literary Festival returns for a second year to entertain and inspire the growing imaginations of 3-8 year olds with a series of storytelling events.

Opening the festival is Adam Hargreaves, author of the Molly Mischief series, including  Molly Mischief Saves the Day and Molly Mischief: When I Grow Up.

Adam has been writing and illustrating Mr Men and Little Miss books for nearly 30 years, since taking over from his father and Mr Men creator, Roger, in the late 1980s. Inspired by his daughter, in whom he saw “a mischievous girl who is clever, brave and wants to do whatever she feels like,” Adam has created Molly Mischief – his first venture outside the world of the Mr Men and Little Misses.

Molly Mischief is – you guessed it – a bit cheeky, to say the least! Determined, imaginative and resourceful, she is a girl with big ideas!

Join Adam to learn how to create your very own Molly Mischief! Ideal for ages 3-6.

When: Thursday 25th October, 3pm to 4pm
Where: All Saints Church, 14-16 Market Place, Kingston upon Thames
Price: £4.50
