Meet ‘Vita & Virginia’ author Sarah Gristwood at Bloomsbury Festival

Come along to Bloomsbury Festival on Saturday 20th October at 5pm to hear Sarah Gristwood, author of Vita & Virginia, discuss the passionate love affair and enduring friendship of Vita Sackville-West and Virginia Woolf.

Sarah will be discussing the work, friendship and love affair of the two prolific novelists, who came to redefine conventions of femininity, sexuality, art and politics for the modern world.

Illustrated with photographs from the homes and lives of Vita Sackville-West and Virginia Woolf, Gristwood draws on their poetry and treasured correspondence to tell the story of this thoroughly modern affair.
