Pavilion Books to publish international model Roger Frampton’s debut health title

Publishing Director Katie Cowan acquired world rights to Roger Frampton’s The Flexible Body: Move better anywhere, anytime in 10 minutes a day from Ben Clark of LAW.
A sought-after personal trainer, his ‘Frampton Method’ uses mindful movement and bodyweight exercise that combines aspects of gymnastics with yoga, and has featured in The Sunday Times, Grazia, Esquire, Elle, Men’s Health and GQ.
An international model for over a decade, Roger has appeared in campaigns Ralph Lauren, Orlebar Brown, Aquascutum, Topman, River Island and Jack Wills. Now, after over 15 seasons of catwalks in Milan, New York, Paris and London, Roger has penned a revolutionary new fitness book that reveals how he trains at home. His TEDx talk ‘Why sitting down destroys you’ has accumulated an impressive 1.8 million views to date and he was named as one of the eight ‘bodies of’ 2017 in Men’s Health: The Body Issue, alongside Rio Ferdinand and Max Whitlock.
Roger says: “If you had told me ten years ago that I would be a published author, I would have laughed out loud. The pride I feel for this book tops all the catwalks and campaigns put together. I hope it inspires people to take care of their bodies for the rest of their lives and also to dream big.”
Roger’s book provides movement solutions that can be done at home, without specialist equipment, and will published by Pavilion on 4th January 2018, in paperback, RRP £14.99.
